- Q. Can I specify a time for delivery?
- A. Unfortunately, due to the majority of our deliveries being delivered on a set run, we are unable to deliver at requested times.
- Q. Can I track my shipment?
- A. Yes. You can use your tracking number to track your freight online. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. Registered customers can also access the tracking number by visiting the My Account section of our website, and selecting My Orders on the left, then View Order, and then Shipments next to About This Order. Our preferred carrier is StarTrack. We may however, from time to time, use an alternative carrier depending on shipping location or availability. For StarTrack shipments, you can track your consignment by entering the number on the StarTrack website.
