- Q. How much does shipping cost?
- A. We are pleased to offer free shipping on all JetDryer Jet Dryers (parts and consumables attract a small flat rate shipping fee which is calculated at the shopping cart and checkout).
- Q. Do you deliver to my area?
- A. We deliver to most areas within Australia. Our carrier service delivers shipments during regular business hours, and requires someone to be present at the delivery address to sign for and accept delivery of goods.
- Q. Do you deliver to Post Office (PO) Boxes?
- A. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
- Q. Will I need any special materials handling equipment to accept delivery?
- A. All shipments over 16 kilograms must be offloaded at the nominated delivery address using the appropriate materials handling equipment, and accepted by yourself or your appointed representative. This is a requirement of our carrier service, and is for your safety in addition to the delivery driver's safety. If delivery is attempted and the correct equipment is not available, the consignment will be returned to the carrier's nearest depot, and you can arrange for collection from the depot when convenient.
- Q. How long will it take to despatch my order?
- A. For existing stock items, orders are despatched within 1 to 2 business days of cleared payment. Items that are not in stock are subject to a lead time, and an expected delivery date can be provided for each product on request by contacting us.
