Q. What should I do if an item purchased from JetDryer arrives damaged?
A. We undertake to replace any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition. It is important that you check the goods upon receipt and prior to signing for their delivery to ensure that they are not damaged. Should the goods be found to be damaged, you should reject the delivery and advise us via the form on the Contact Us page.

If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we undertake to reimburse your credit card or bank account (we will only use the method originally used to pay for the order) for the amount initially debited for the purchase including packaging and shipping charges.

Q. Can I return a product that I've ordered if I change my mind?
A. JetDryer offers a 14-day return policy for products still in original, unopened and undamaged packaging. To arrange a return, please contact us within 14 days of the date of invoice using the details provided on our Customer Service page. Alternatively, please fill out the form on the Contact Us page to email us your details, and a JetDryer representative will contact you shortly.

For qualifying returns, JetDryer will issue you with a Goods Return Authority (GRA) number. Once you receive a GRA number, you will need to package and return the product directly to JetDryer with freight pre-paid (return address details will be provided on the GRA). Please ensure that the returned product is suitably packaged in order to prevent damage during return shipping. For products in their original, unopened and undamaged packaging, a credit will be issued for the original purchase price of the product, less a restocking fee if applicable.

Q. Are my credit card details protected when I use your site?
A. Yes they are. You can order from JetDryer with the confidence of knowing that your details are protected.

Our credit card payments are processed in real time using SecurePay, which is a business owned by Australia Post. SecurePay's online payment gateway is trusted by over 20,000 businesses to accept and manage their payments from cards and bank accounts. SecurePay fully complies with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard), which is a strict security standard the card schemes (MasterCard and Visa) have introduced globally to ensure personal information is properly protected. SecurePay holds the highest level of PCI DSS accreditation.

When you place an order, your credit card details are only used for the processing of payment and will be deleted once payment is processed. JetDryer does not store your credit card information on our servers, which provides further protection of your details.
