Q. What currency are your prices listed in?
A. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Q. Do your prices include Goods & Services Tax (GST)?
A. All prices shown on our website are including GST of 10%. A summary of the GST component is provided on the Shopping Cart page after adding items to your cart, and also in the Checkout process in the final Order Review step.
Q. Are your prices subject to change?
A. We endeavour to ensure that our listed prices are current, but we reserve the right to amend our prices at any time. Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page. This price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your cart. Placing an item in your cart doesn't reserve the price shown at that time. It is also possible that an item's price may decrease between the time you place it in your cart and the time you purchase it.
Q. How do I place an order online?
A. To make an online purchase we suggest you create an account if you are not registered with JetDryer, or login if you have already registered with us. Creating an account is simple and allows you to proceed through the checkout process quicker and view the progress of your purchase.

We cannot accept orders by phone, fax, or e-mail. All orders must be placed online.

Follow the step below to place an order:

  • 2. Add the items to your Shopping Cart
  • 3. Proceed to the Checkout
  • 4. Login (if you already have an account), Register for a new account, or Checkout as Guest
  • 5. Enter or select a billing address
  • 6. Enter or select a shipping address
  • 7. Choose a shipping method
  • 8. Provide payment information
  • 9. Review and submit your order

Once your order has been submitted, and you have registered for an account with us, you can visit the My Account section of our website to track your order's progress.

Q. Do you supply to overseas customers?
A. Unfortunately, our services are only available for use by users within Australia. We do not accept orders from customers outside of Australia at this time.
